How does diode laser hair removal work?
Permanent laser hair removal works on the principle of selective photothermolysis. The laser emits concentrated light absorbed by melanin in the hair root. Light energy converts to heat, warming the root until the follicle is completely destroyed. Surrounding tissue remains unaffected.
